The Coronavirus pandemic has changed how people live and do business. Unemployment and small business closures have rocketed as the effects of the virus have decimated the US economy. Using the logo, “It’s Time To Utilize Your Time”, Aidtree not only promotes businesses, but also encourages individuals who are willing to sell a service.
In short, if the user sees it as a viable business, Aidtree can advertise and aid that business. Adhering to current restrictions and laws, these gigs/businesses will all sell these services in a socially-distanced manner.
Aidtree blends the shop-local movement and gig economy/curb-side business model by focusing on free advertising for those who are out of work, or those simply looking for an extra source of income.
Advertising for gigs/businesses is free within a 1 mile radius from the zip code center where the user is located. Fees are determined in zones where the price of advertising increases as users wish to advertise farther from their location. There are a variety of different payment plans with the most expensive being only $25/month for nationwide advertising.
